We distinguish between Guest Users (no login) and Registered Users to maximize privacy and convenience.

2Data Collection & Storage

For Guest Users

We use Local Storage on your device to track free trial usage (e.g., number of AI features used). No personal identifiers or usage history is sent to our permanent databases. Your session data lives on your browser.

For Registered PRO Users

We securely store your account credentials (email, hashed password) and subscription status in our encrypted database. We track feature usage to ensure plan limits are respected.

3Media & File Handling

Your media files (Videos, Audio, Images) are treated with strict confidentiality:

  • Ephemeral Processing: Files uploaded for AI processing (e.g., Auto Captions, Mastering) are processed on secure, temporary cloud instances.
  • Automatic Deletion: Once processing is complete and the result is returned to your browser, the original and processed files are deeply deleted from our servers within a short retention window (typically 1-4 hours) designed solely for stability.
  • No AI Training: We DO NOT use your content to train our AI models. Your creative work remains yours.

4Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We may use anonymous analytics to understand which features (like "Denoise" or "Autocut") are most popular, helping us prioritize future updates. We do not sell your personal browsing data.

5Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with trusted third-party providers:

  • Payment Processing: All payments are handled by secure payment gateways (e.g., Paymob). We never store your full credit card number.
  • Google AdSense: We display ads via Google AdSense, which may use cookies to serve relevant ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage your ad preferences via Google's settings.
