Refund & Exchange Policy

At MirrorSplit, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Because our products and services are delivered digitally, our refund and exchange policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in line with industry standards for digital services.

2. Digital Nature of Our Services

MirrorSplit is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All features are delivered digitally through your web browser. There are no physical goods involved, and access is granted immediately upon subscription.

Important: Since our services are digital in nature and access is provided instantly, we encourage all users to take advantage of our Free Tier to fully evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Service was completely inaccessible during extended periods due to platform issues
  • Charged after cancellation was properly submitted before renewal date
  • Request submitted within 7 days of purchase with minimal usage

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after extensive use of premium features
  • Failure to cancel before the auto-renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described
  • Third-party issues

4. Google Play Refunds

For Android users purchasing through Google Play: All subscription refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play. Refunds are managed according to Google Play refund policy, which typically allows refunds within 48 hours of purchase.

We do not process refunds for Android purchases. All refund requests must be submitted to Google Play Support directly through your Google Play account.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Send an email to alisaeed02500@gmail.com with the subject line Refund Request.
  2. Provide Details
    Include your registered email, date of purchase, payment reference, and reason for refund.
  3. Review and Resolution
    Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
  4. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

6. Exchange Policy

As MirrorSplit is a digital service, traditional exchanges do not apply. However, we offer alternatives:

  • Plan Adjustment: Switch to a different plan with prorated pricing.
  • Service Credit: Receive service credit toward future subscriptions.
  • Feature Support: Our team will resolve feature issues before considering refunds.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account reverts to Free Tier at the end of the cycle

Tip: Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.

8. Exceptions and Special Cases

The following are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Unauthorized transactions or suspected fraud
  • Extended outages exceeding 48 hours
  • Billing errors from system glitches

9. Policy Updates

MirrorSplit may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
