Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing MirrorSplit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using this site. These materials are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Usage Licenses & Accounts

Guest License (Free)

  • Access to editor tools without registration.
  • Includes AI Autocut (silence removal & beat detection) for free!
  • Limited to one-time free trial for premium AI features (e.g., Audio Mastering).
  • Exports may contain watermarks or resolution limits (1080p).
  • Usage data stored locally on your device.

Pro License (Subscription)

  • Requires a registered account and active subscription.
  • Unlimited access to all AI features and effects.
  • Priority processing and 4K (Ultra HD) export capabilities.
  • Commercial usage rights for created content.

3. Subscription & Payments

Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via our secure payment partner (Paymob).

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Services are non-refundable once the subscription period typically begins, as digital access is immediate. Exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis by support.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain all rights to the media you upload and create. By using MirrorSplit, you grant us a temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the editing service.

You agree NOT to use the service to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringing on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to ban users who violate these guidelines.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, MirrorSplit does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily limit availability. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from service interruptions.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
